Thanks to our members, friends and fans, we've reached our goal! Because VSP feels so strongly about supporting our veterans, we are donating $50,000 to America’s VetDogs to raise, train and place a guide dog with a with a veteran in need.
More than 1.5 million veterans have vision issues, and a highly trained guide dog can help many of them lead active, independent lives. But it takes $50,000 and two years to raise, train, and match one guide dog with a veteran.
With your help, VSP will donate $50,000 to America’s VetDogs, a charity that provides guide dogs to veterans in need—at no cost to them. Please help us change the life of one visually impaired veteran.
Share the video or any of these photos and VSP will make a $5 donation until we reach the full $50,000. Your shares will help us reach our goal of giving to a veteran in need.
America’s VetDogs is a not-for-profit organization that provides guide and service dogs to veterans of all eras with disabilities. America’s VetDogs is a sister organization to the Guide Dog Foundation.
